Dashboard sections explained
Your dashboard is organized into logical sections, each designed to help you manage a specific aspect of your business. Here's what each section does:

Quick Stats
See today's sales, pending orders, total products, and monthly revenue at a glance. Updates in real-time.
Recent Orders
Last 10 orders with status, customer name, and total. Click any order to see full details and tracking.
Top Products
Your best-selling items ranked by revenue and order count. Identify winners to promote more.
Sales Chart
Visual graph of sales over time. Toggle between daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views.
Alerts & Notifications
Important updates: new orders, shipping exceptions, failed payments, and system messages.
Activity Feed
Chronological list of everything happening: orders, shipments, product updates, customer activity.
Customizing your dashboard layout
While the core sections are fixed, you can personalize your experience:
- • Collapse sections you don't use often
- • Set default time ranges for charts
- • Pin favorite products for quick access
- • Configure notifications by priority
- • Choose light/dark theme in settings

Understanding quick stats
The stat cards at the top of your dashboard show real-time business health. These numbers update automatically as orders come in and ship out.

Gross revenue from all completed orders. This is what customers paid (before your costs are deducted).
Updates: Real-time as orders complete
Time periods: Today, This Week, This Month, All Time
What you actually keep after all costs (production + Shippo shipping labels). This is the money that goes into your pocket.
Production cost: $4.00 first hour + $2/hr + material cost (PLA $0.02/gram) (billed by PrintPort3D)
Shipping cost: Varies by carrier/service (billed by Shippo to your account)
Tip: Aim for 40%+ profit margin for sustainable business
Total number of orders placed this calendar month. Shows percentage change compared to last month.
Red arrow ↓: Fewer orders than last month (decline)
Click to: View all orders with filtering options
Orders in progress—not yet delivered. Includes orders that are processing, printing, quality checking, and in transit.

Using the sales chart
The interactive sales chart is one of your most powerful tools for understanding business performance. Use it to spot trends, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions about your product lineup and pricing.

Time period views
Switch between views to see different patterns:
- DaySee hourly sales. Find peak times when customers buy most.
- WeekCompare days. Weekend vs weekday performance.
- MonthTrack weekly trends. Seasonal patterns emerge here.
- YearBig picture growth. Compare months year-over-year.
Metrics to compare
Toggle different data series on the same chart:
- Revenue: Total $ from customer payments
- Profit: Net $ after production/shipping
- Orders: Number of transactions
- Products: Total items sold

Recent orders widget
The Recent Orders widget shows your last 10 orders with key details at a glance. It's your quick window into order flow without leaving the dashboard.

What you see:
- • Order #: Click to open full details
- • Customer name: Who placed the order
- • Product(s): What they ordered
- • Total: Order value including shipping
- • Status badge: Color-coded current state
- • Time: When order was placed

- • Click order row: Open order detail modal
- • Click status: See status history
- • Click customer: View customer profile
- • "View All" button: Go to Orders page
- • Search icon: Filter by order # or customer

Activity feed
The activity feed is a real-time chronological stream of everything happening in your business. Think of it as your business's heartbeat—you can see at a glance that things are moving.

Use the dropdown filter to show only specific event types:

Your full dashboard is available on any device. The mobile version is optimized for touch with a responsive layout that works great on phones and tablets.

Enable notifications
When prompted, allow notifications. You'll get alerts for new orders, shipping exceptions, and important account updates.
Set up biometric login
Go to Settings → Security → Enable Face ID/Fingerprint. This keeps your account secure while making login instant.
Daily dashboard routine
Successful sellers check their dashboard regularly. Here's a recommended routine that takes just 5 minutes but keeps you on top of everything:
- Glance at overnight orders in Recent Orders widget
- Check Quick Stats for any unusual numbers
- Review any alert notifications (bell icon)
- Check day's revenue vs. goal in Quick Stats
- Review pending orders count (should be trending down)
- Scan activity feed for any exceptions or issues
- Look at sales chart for the day's pattern
- Compare this week's stats to last week
- Review Top Products—any changes in best sellers?
- Check weekly sales chart for trends
- Plan any needed product updates or promotions
