Weekly stat reviews

Every Sunday or Monday, spend 5 minutes comparing this week's stats to last week. Spot trends early and adjust your strategy before small dips become big problems.

Using the sales chart

The interactive sales chart is one of your most powerful tools for understanding business performance. Use it to spot trends, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions about your product lineup and pricing.

Time period views

Switch between views to see different patterns:

  • DaySee hourly sales. Find peak times when customers buy most.
  • WeekCompare days. Weekend vs weekday performance.
  • MonthTrack weekly trends. Seasonal patterns emerge here.
  • YearBig picture growth. Compare months year-over-year.

Metrics to compare

Toggle different data series on the same chart:

  • Revenue: Total $ from customer payments
  • Profit: Net $ after production/shipping
  • Orders: Number of transactions
  • Products: Total items sold

Spot trends early

Check your sales chart weekly. A declining trend over 2+ weeks signals it's time to take action: launch a promotion, add new products, or boost marketing. Don't wait for a bad month to notice the problem.

Recent orders widget

The Recent Orders widget shows your last 10 orders with key details at a glance. It's your quick window into order flow without leaving the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

How often does dashboard data refresh?
Most data refreshes in real-time (within seconds). Sales charts and some analytics may cache for up to 5 minutes for performance. Pull to refresh or click the refresh icon to force an update.
Why don't my numbers match what I calculated?
Revenue shows gross customer payments. Profit subtracts production costs ($4 first hour + $2/hr + material) and shipping. Also check your date range—"This Month" resets on the 1st.
Can I customize which widgets appear on my dashboard?
Currently, the dashboard layout is fixed to ensure all sellers have access to key metrics. You can collapse sections you don't use often by clicking the minimize icon on each widget header.
How do I review my sales data?
Use the sales chart on your dashboard to view revenue trends over time. You can hover on data points for exact values and toggle metrics on/off using the legend labels. For detailed transaction history, check your Stripe dashboard.
Is the dashboard accessible on mobile?
Yes, the dashboard is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets. The sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu on smaller screens.
Why is my pending orders count so high?
Pending includes all orders not yet delivered—Processing, Printing, Quality Check, and Shipped statuses all count. High numbers are normal during busy seasons. If orders are stuck in one status for too long, check for fulfillment issues.
