PrintPort3D is a 3D print-on-demand service for online sellers in the US. When a product sells in your store, we print it on Bambu Lab printers, fit hardware and assemble it if you ask, check it by hand and ship it to your customer under your shop’s name, within 3 business days. There is no monthly fee and no minimum order: you pay a make cost for each order that ships.
3D print on demand is a fulfillment model where physical products are only manufactured after a customer places an order—there's no pre-made inventory sitting in a warehouse. It works exactly like traditional print-on-demand (Printful, Printify) but for three-dimensional, custom-shaped physical objects instead of flat printed items like t-shirts or mugs.
When someone buys a product from your Etsy shop or Shopify store, the order is automatically sent to PrintPort3D. Our Bambu Lab printers queue the job and print it; we fit any hardware and assemble it if you asked us to, check it by hand, and ship the finished product directly to your customer—despatched within 3 business days.

3D print on demand is a fulfillment model where you upload a 3D design file, list the product in your online store, and a fulfillment partner prints and ships each order as it comes in. There's no inventory to hold, no minimum order quantities, and no printer to buy. You only pay for items that actually sell.
PrintPort3D charges based on print time and material weight. You pay a make cost per unit: material by the gram (PLA Basic is about $0.02 a gram) plus print time at $3.00 an hour. Hardware such as magnets and inserts is charged at part cost with no labour on top, and assembly, if you want the product put together, is $1.00 a part. Every order carries a $2.00 minimum. The typical product in our cost index of 36 everyday items costs $3.74 to make. Shipping is charged at the carrier’s rate, and your customer pays it at your checkout.
STL and 3MF go through the whole pipeline reliably, and OBJ and STEP files are accepted too. Those are the exports from Tinkercad, Fusion 360, Blender, SolidWorks, Onshape and Bambu Studio. Models should be watertight. If you have no file, Studio designs one from a sentence.
Orders reach the production queue as soon as your store reports them. Print time depends on the part, usually one to a few hours. Every order is despatched within 3 business days of being placed. US delivery then typically adds 2–5 business days with USPS or UPS.
PLA (Basic, Matte, Silk and Glow), PETG (including Translucent and carbon-fibre PETG-CF), ABS and flexible TPU 90A, in the colours we stock. PLA is the most affordable and suits most decorative and everyday products; PETG and ABS take more heat, and TPU bends.

When a customer orders, it appears in your PrintPort3D workspace automatically. You match each listing’s SKU to its design once, and every later order is made and shipped under your name without you touching it.
