How an order moves

Sold on your store.
Made on our floor.

You list a product once. Every order after that moves on its own — you can see where each one is, and you only hear from us when something needs you.

  1. Received

    It sells on your store

The order syncs to us through Shippo. Nothing to forward, nothing to re-key.

  2. Printing

    We print it

On Bambu Lab printers running around the clock, in the material and color you listed.

  3. Inspected

    We fit and inspect it

Magnets, inserts or electronics fitted, then every unit checked by hand before it is packed.

  4. Shipped

    It ships under your brand

Tracked, to your customer. Your card is charged for that order and nothing else.

Questions

What sellers ask first.

Anything else, ask — support@printport3d.com is read by a person, around the clock.

Nothing. There is no subscription, setup fee or listing fee. You pay per order — print time, material and shipping — and only when an order ships. Every order is billed at least $2.00 to make. Whatever you price above that is yours.

Through Shippo. You connect Shippo to your account with one sign-in and attach your storefronts inside it — Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Walmart, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento 2 and BigCommerce are all supported, at the same time. We read your orders from there; you never forward one.

Every order is printed and dispatched within 3 business days. Anything past that is flagged as late automatically. Carrier delivery then typically adds 2–5 business days in the US, with tracking for you and your customer.

Bambu Lab printers, running around the clock. Your order goes on the plate when it arrives rather than waiting for a batch to fill — so there is no minimum, one unit is a real order, and the ship window is the same whether you sell one a week or a hundred a day.

The everyday PLAs including Matte, Silk and Glow, plus PETG and PETG Translucent, ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, TPU flexibles, wood and metal fills, and engineering grades such as PA6-CF. If your product needs a filament we have never spooled, we buy it against your first order — no surcharge, and it stays on the rack from then on.

Yes. We stock MagSafe and Qi charging modules, M2–M8 screws and bolts, nuts and washers, heat-set inserts, neodymium magnets, bearings, springs, LED and motor kits, and fit them before the box is sealed. A component adds its part price and no labour, and one product can carry up to 50 different part types.

Studio, our AI CAD engine, turns a plain-English description into a printable design, dimensioned against real parts. It is in open beta for every signed-in seller. Or upload your own STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP file.

Every product is inspected before it ships. If your customer receives a defective one, we reprint and reship it at no cost to you.

Four ways, around the clock: a ticket thread in your workspace (with photos and files), the AI assistant on every page, support@printport3d.com — read and answered by a person — or the contact form, which opens the same ticket.

“I expected to pay for both the assembly and a monthly fee, but I was charged only for the printing itself, while everything was fully automated.”
