Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information · Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information

We have never disclosed personal information in exchange for money or for any other valuable consideration, and we do not disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising — the two things California law calls “selling” and “sharing”. We run no advertising pixels and build no advertising profiles. Nearly every company we disclose it to is paid to perform a service for us under a contract that forbids other use; the exceptions are the carrier and any storefront you connect (independent controllers), and the AI providers in the Privacy Policy §5.3, which may use inputs for their own purposes — so we send them only redacted design content and reference images, never your identifying or order data. None of it is a sale.

So there is nothing here you need to switch off. The controls below exist so you can record a standing preference anyway, and so the ones that do change something today — cookies — are easy to find.

1.Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request. If your browser or a privacy extension sends it, we act on it automatically — you do not need to do anything else on this page.

2.Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Use this to record a standing instruction not to sell or share your personal information. Because we do neither, it changes nothing today — it binds us if that ever changes, and it switches off non-essential cookies now.

You may also send the request by email, or have an authorised agent send it for you — write to privacy@printport3d.com. We do not require you to create an account to make a request, and we will not ask you for more information than we need to identify you.

3.Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

One category of sensitive personal information applies to us: your account log-in credentials (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ae)(1)(D)), which we use only to sign you in, secure your account and prevent fraud. Those are purposes §1798.121(a) permits without a limitation right, so the right to limit does not arise — not because we hold no sensitive information, but because we do not use it beyond what is permitted.

We collect no other category: no government identifiers, no financial account numbers, no precise geolocation, no biometrics, and nothing about your health, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

If you believe we hold sensitive information about you, tell us at privacy@printport3d.com and we will locate it, restrict it to permitted purposes, and delete it where we can.

4.Cookies

Analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you turn them on. This is the control that has the most practical effect today.

5.Your other rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and the right to appeal a refusal are all in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy. They apply wherever you live — we do not check which state you are in before honouring them, for the data we hold as controller. If your data reached us because you ordered from a seller’s own store, ask the seller first; we act on their instruction and assist them.

We respond within 45 days, and we will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
