STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP, up to 500 MB each. A part can be up to 255 mm on its longest side — the build volume of the Bambu Lab printers we run. Every file is sliced when it arrives, so the weight, print time and price you see are measured from your model, not estimated from its size.

Anywhere from one to 500 in one order, across up to 100 different files. There is no minimum quantity. For a bigger run, place it as more than one order or email support@printport3d.com and we will plan it with you.

Material by weight, plus print time at $3.00 per print-hour of a part (pro-rated). Copies of one part in one color take 10% off labor from the 2nd, 20% off labor from the 5th, 30% off labor from the 10th, as long as two fit side by side on a plate. Every order is at least $2.00. Shipping is the live USPS rate for your address, quoted before you pay.

Every order goes to the printers as soon as it is paid. An order with up to about two days of printing ships within 3 business days. A bigger run takes as long as its print time — the order page shows the total print-hours before you pay, and for a long run it asks you to check a ship date with us first.

No. Those are for sellers whose storefront orders we fulfill. To order parts you need an account, a file and a card at checkout — nothing on file, no subscription.

Yes. We stock heat-set threaded inserts, M2–M8 screws and bolts, neodymium magnets, bearings, springs and more, and fit them before the box is sealed. Hardware adds its part price and no labor.

Your files stay private to your account and are used to print your orders.

For FDM plastic parts, yes. Those services cover many manufacturing processes, usually quoted per job. We do one process — FDM on Bambu Lab printers, in 35 filaments — priced the moment your file is measured, with no minimum. If your part needs resin, powder-bed nylon, metal or machining, one of them is the better choice.
