How PrintPort3D Works
The complete journey from customer purchase to doorstep delivery—and where you fit in.
PrintPort3D is a print-on-demand fulfillment service for 3D printed products. You create designs, list them on your store, and set your prices. When a customer orders, we automatically manufacture the product and ship it directly to them. You never touch inventory.
The business model
Design products, set prices, handle customers
Print, pack, and ship every order
Receives a quality product at their door
Your profit = Customer price − Our cost
The order flow
Here's exactly what happens when a customer places an order on your store:

Dashboard production view
Customer places order
A customer purchases your product on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or wherever you sell. They pay your retail price.
Order syncs automatically
Your store (Shopify, Etsy, etc.) detects the new order and sends it to PrintPort3D within minutes via API. No manual work required.
We charge your card
We charge you for production cost only (materials + print time). This is the wholesale rate—typically much less than your retail price.
Production begins
Your product enters our print queue. Our industrial printers manufacture it with consistent quality and precision.
Quality check & packing
Every item is inspected before packing. We ship in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Shipped with tracking
We purchase a shipping label through Shippo and hand off to the carrier. Tracking automatically syncs back to your store.
Customer receives order
Your customer gets their product. Your store shows "Delivered." You keep the profit margin.
