Create your account
Sign up with email or Google and verify your email address to unlock your workspace.

Creating a PrintPort3D account takes about two minutes. Sign up with an email address and password or with your Google account, then confirm your email address. Email verification is the only step you cannot skip. Every other part of setup can be completed later.
Ways to sign up
On the sign-up page you can choose one of two methods. Both create the same type of account. The only difference is whether you need to verify your email address afterward.
Sign up with email. Complete the four fields below, then select Create Account.
The sign-up form. All four fields are required before Create Account will submit.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Full name | Your name. This is how the workspace addresses you. |
| An inbox you can access. Your verification link is sent to this address. | |
| Password | At least 6 characters. A show/hide control lets you check what you typed. |
| Confirm password | Enter the password again. A live indicator turns green when the two match. |

If the email address is already in use, the form displays “An account with this email already exists”. In that case, sign in instead. After you create the account, PrintPort3D sends a verification email and opens the verification screen.
Sign up with Google. Select Sign up with Google and choose your account in the popup. Google confirms that your email address is already verified, so there is nothing to verify. You skip the verification screen and go directly to setup. No verification email is sent to Google accounts.
Choosing a sign-up method
Verify your email
If you signed up with email and password, the next screen asks you to confirm your address. This step is required before your account becomes active.
Verification is required to continue
The verification screen works as follows.
- 1
Open the email and click the link
Find the message asking you to verify your PrintPort3D email address and click its link. The link opens a confirmation page hosted by our sign-in provider, which is expected. If the message does not arrive within a minute or two, check your spam or promotions folder. - 2
The page detects verification automatically
No further action is required. The verification screen displays your address and a “Listening for verification…” badge, and re-checks every few seconds and each time you return to the tab. Once it detects your click, it advances you to the first setup step. - 3
Resend the email or change your address
Select Resend verification email to send a new message. If you resend too frequently, the screen asks you to wait a few minutes before trying again. If you entered the wrong address, select Wrong email? Use a different one to return and sign up with the correct inbox.
Keep the verification tab open
Reset a forgotten password
On the sign-in page, select Forgot? to open the reset view. Enter your email address, select Send Reset Link, and follow the emailed link to set a new password. When you are finished, select ← Back to sign in to return.
Why the confirmation is always the same
Password reset applies only to email-and-password accounts. Google accounts have no PrintPort3D password to reset. Sign in with Google and manage that password through Google.
Signing back in
Return at any time from the sign-in page. Enter your email address and password, or use the same Google account you signed up with. PrintPort3D returns you to where you left off:
- If you have not verified your email, you return to the verification screen until the link is clicked.
- If you are verified, you land on the Overview. While any of the go-live steps remain, the dashboard shows the checklist with exactly what is left; it reflects the live state of your connections, so there is no progress to lose.
Deep links are preserved as well. If you followed a link into PrintPort3D while signed out, you are asked to sign in first and are then taken to the page you were headed for.
Connecting Shippo, linking your store inside it, and adding a card can all wait — your workspace is fully open once your email is verified, and each step is completed from Settings whenever you are ready. Only email verification cannot wait.
Next steps
Once you are verified, Overview shows Get started: five setup steps — upload a model, add a product, then the three connections of your order path. Continue with the pages below.
